熊本城の城下町「古町」。名石工・橋本勘五郎が明治8年に手がけた明八橋のたもとで、荒物屋や削り節の店として使われてきた築120年の町屋をリノベーションした珈琲豆屋。

約11カ国20種類の豆を取り扱っており、注文を受けてその場で生豆から焙煎している。奥には喫茶スペースを配置しており 、心地いい町家の空間を体験できる。二階はギャラリースペースになっており交流の場として。町家の並ぶこの街の真の価値をビジネスに繋ぎ、熊本の城下町界隈が更なる賑わいと利益を生み出す街に。

Furumachi is castle town of Kumamoto castle.We renovated the 120-years-old machiya that has been used as the general store and the shavings of dried bonito shop near the Meihachi bridge which built by Kangorou Hashimoto who is famous mason.We have 20 types of coffee beans from about 11 countries that roasted from raw beans after receiving orders.Also we have cafe space, you can experience of comfortable space of machiya.The second floor is the gallery space for exchange.Our mission is to make castle town lively and profitable more and more.
